Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Should there be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be contacted via email.

The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address at checkout. You may request a change in shipping address if your order has not been shipped yet. Please contact ivorieco@gmail.com with your name and order number to request an address change. Once the order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to the address.

Refund & Issue Policy

We accept refunds within 21 days of your order date. To request a refund, please email ivorieco@gmail.com with your name and order number.

Please note:
IvorieCo is not responsible for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you receive a broken or defective item, are missing an item, or were sent the wrong item, please reach out to us at ivorieco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your name, order number, and a photo of the item(s), if applicable.
